3.         That Petitioner be authorized to continue to repay herself for reimbursement of cable, telephone, sundries and miscellaneous cash expenses as advanced on behalf of the Conservatee in an amount not to exceed $180.00 per month, cumulative, as cash flow permits;

4.         That the Conservator’s advanced periodic fees in the sum of $3,375.00 for services rendered on behalf of the conservatorship for the period May 17, 2013, through and including May 16, 2014, be approved and allowed and that the balance of fees owed of $1,125.00 be ordered paid by the conservator, as cash flow permits;

5.         That the Conservator be allowed to be paid, by Conservatorship assets, advanced monthly periodic payments of $375.00 for services to rendered beginning on May 17, 2014 through May 16, 2015, as cash flow permits each month; and
